1. Service Agreement
By using Trackora's fleet telematics platform, you agree to these terms. The service includes GPS tracking, fleet management tools, and related hardware as specified in your subscription plan.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per vehicle. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
3. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Credits are issued for SLA breaches as outlined in your enterprise agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trackora services in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations and vehicle tracking consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
